As the pun goes that “No good deeds are left unpunished” :), our good deeds caught with us in 2015 when one my friends contacted and wanted to discuss my family finances with him. I was astonished how I was missing on the very basics of financial planning during this discussion.
And this is how it all started, Before this meeting I liked to think that I was an above average IQ person who is good at finance but at this time realized how much I had goofed up already. After reading into details about the concepts of Risk, Planning, Compounding, Equity as an asset class my world changed upside down. After getting my personal things sorted I started to discuss these concepts with friends and family and how it became a social business which is very satisfying to me when I look back now.
This was the inception of Dream2Achieve (dream2achieve.org) inspired by a quote from Antoine De Saint – Exupéry which says “A goal without a plan is just a wish”. We started on pursuit of financial independence for self and our clients. In last 6 years we have helped a considerable number of people to reach this independence including ourselves.
